•    PRIMACO is exploring the possibilities in the field of Alternate Energy Fuels and intends to hire the services of a highly skilled professional as a Consultant with a proven record of twenty plus years experience in oil & gas sector with Masters degree in Engineering and experience of managing fast track projects The services cover Project Management, Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Plant Services for the sector of oil & gas.

•    The incumbent will be an entrepreneur to lead and deliver results in emerging technologies in specific timeframe. Prepare proposals, presentations, financial feasibilities and organize projects from initiation, planning, execution, monitoring & control till project closure. Ability to handle latest project management software.

•    The incumbent will organize and execute EPC Projects on turnkey basis and shall develop Project Management Plant for successful completion of the projects, with close liaison with different Government Departments for obtaining NOCs and permits.

•    The incumbent should be well versed with O&M contracts strategy. Experience in Annual Maintenance Contracts and developing standardized rates for Operation and Maintenance. Experience in Product handling with know how of API standards

and explosive rules.

•    The above position wm be based at our Head Office, at Karachi and is for the

period of three years and extendable based on performance and results

TERMS OF REFERENCE (TORs)

2.    Feasibility studies and sub-soil investigation at the consultant’s cost from reputed testing laboratories.

3.    Structural design and development of construction drawing.

4.    Formulation of specifications.

5.    Preparation of bill of quantities (BOQs), bids, documents and conditions of the contract etc.

6.    Preparation of the PC-1 and detailed cost estimate with processing till approval by the approving forum.

7.    Preparation of variation orders, verification of contractor’s bills, quality control and other related jobs as entrusted to them by the employer.

8.    Detailed supervision services during construction of the project till completion of the work with qualified staff at site, headed by an Engineer of outstanding stature and experience for the work.
