Gulshan-e-lqbal. Karachi, situated at 4th Floor. Civic Centre, Gulshan-e-lqbal, Karachi upto 16-02-2012 on payment of non-refundable cost of RFP through Pay Order
from any scheduled Bank in favour of KMC along with written application on original letterhead.. The Technical & Financial Proposals in sealed cover separately superscribed with the name of the work should be submitted in the Committee Room of Director General (TS).KMC. 4th Floor, Civic Centre. Gulshan-e-lqbal. Karachi on 18-02-2012 at 2:00 pm in the Tender Box. The Technical Proposals will be opened at 2:30 pm on the same day and venue. The Technical Proposals submitted by the Firms will be evaluated by Tender Evaluation Committee. KMC and Financial Proposals of qualified Consultants in Technical Evaluation will be opened by Tender Evaluation Committee later In case the date of opening or last date of sale is declared as a public holiday by the Government or non-working day due to any reason, the next working day shall be deemed to be the date tor last date of sale and submission and opening of tenders at the same time as mentioned above. Proposals in unsealed covers will not be entertained The procuring agency may reject any or all bids subject to the relevant provisions of SPPRA Rules-2010.
