TERMS AND CONDITIONS
• The firm must be GST & NTN registered. In case of exemption, wriiten proof should be attached with the quotation.
• Quoted rates must be vald for minimum period of 90-days OR sub.ect to the approval of competent authority.
• The quotations are to be submitted up to 14.09.2011 at 12:00 PM In aocordance with the specifications given n the Tender document and shoufcl not be self constituted specifications. Tender will be opened at 10:00 AM on next working day r the office of Ihe undersigned in the presence of available bidders / their representatives and Procurement Committee
• Bidding firms have to provide adequate warranty period for each item.
• Payment will be made through cross cheque after deduction of all types of taxes as per applicable rules and regulations after receipt, inspecton and aoceptance of material in accordance with the given specifications.
• Offered ratos must bo inclusivo of all due taxes which would be treated under and in accordance with the standing rules and regulations
• The Procurement committee reserves the right to accept or reject any part or full tender without assigning any reason.
• 2% c4 total bidding price, repeated total bidding price as earnest money in shape of call deposit in favcor of the Principal Govt. Technical Trainng Institute Bhalwal, against each tender must be attached, without which or in case less earnest money, the tender would be excluded from bidding and defaulting firm would be sofely responsible for that.
• Tender mjst be submitted, duly seal packed separately for each categorytrade along with required value of earnest money in shape of call deposits.
• Quotations submitted on the firm pad or on paper olher than Tender document or with self made conditions will not be acceptcd.
• The matenal wil be delivered at GTTI. Bhalwaf Sargodha at the supplier’ expenses.
• Decision cf the undersigned and committee wil be final and unchallengeable
