Punjab Industrial Estates Development and Management Conipany(PIE) was established by Cost, of the Punjab with Public Private Partnership, to facilitate the industrialist of Punjab.

•    Reference to previous advertisement dated 16-09-2011 to appoint Technical & Financial consultant stands cancelled and substituted with the revised project outline and pre-qualification criteria as under:

•    Punjab Industrial Estate Development & Management Company Limited (PIEDMC) has developed Industrial Estate at Sunder (near Lahore). PIEDMC intends to construct a 50 MW power plant at Sunder by inviting international competitive bidding on BOO basis.

•    Expression of Interest (EOI) is invited from the eligible consultants for pre-qualification of bidders, preparation of bidding documents, evaluation of bids, supervision of construction etc. Detailed TOR for the consultants can be obtained from the office up to 13-11-2011.
Interested firms relevant to the scope of services in the TOR are required to submit following information duly supported by the relevant documents.

•    Detail of organization with office address.

•    List of key personnel with their C.Vs.

•    Profile of the consulting firm

•    Pakistan Engmeering Council License.

•    National Tax number supported with a copy of Income tax return.

•    Audited statement of account of last two years.

•    AssociaUon/Joint venture with any National or International firm.

•    Registration with SECP

•    Bank statement & Turnover for the last 5 years.

•    Relevant experience of projects executed dunng last 5 years.

4.    Matron

•    Qualified Nurse from a recognized Institute. • Diploma in General Nursing & Midwifery.

•    Overall professional experience of minimum 23 Years. • Minimum 10 Years experience as Matron.

5.    Female General Nursing Staff. Female ICU Nurse & Ferpale OT Nura#

•    Qualified Nurse from a recognized Institute.

•    Diploma in General Nursing & Midwifery (for General Nursing Staff).

•    Overall professional experience of minimum 15 years (for General Nursing, ICU & OT Nurse).

•    Minimum 08 years of experience as ICU & Neonatal ICU trained Nurse (for ICU Nurse).

•    Minimum 08 years of experience as OT trained Nurse (for OT Nurse).

6.    Paramedical Staff

Applications invited for the post of District Teacher Educators (DTEs)

Directorate of Stall Development has developed a ContmuoiffProtessional Development Progcamme for training and professional development of Public School Teachers in the Province of Punjab. For Implementation of the Programme. Cluster Training & Support Centres (CTSCs) have been established in each dtetrict with one or more District Teacher Educators (DTEs) at each centre. The DTEs would be responsible for training, mentoring. professional development of Teachers and whole school improvement of the school attached with the dusters.

Applications are invited from suitable candidates from amongst the SSTs, ESTs/PSTs, who are regular employees of the Education Department. Government of the Punjab for placement as District Teacher Educator, through transfer at the CTSCs already notified by Education Department in the following districts:

Every DTE be appointed at a specified cluster centre on the basts of ment and his/her vriBingness. For female schools/dusters, preference

would be given to female candidates.

The post of DTE is duster specific and is non transferable.

Maximum duration for the post of DTE is three years, which may be extended by DSD on satisfactory performance and no study leave w« be allowed during this tenure. DSO. however, can repatriate a DTE to his/her parent department at any Ume on administrative grounds Details of duster centres can be obtained from the office of EDO (Education).
