Applications are invited from Pakistani citizens on prescribed forms available from the WWY/.UPesfaaWtU-Pk/jQbs.htFT}, University of Peshawar, for the following positions in the University of Peshawar:
1- Lecturer in Social Work. Institute of Social Work. Sociology & Gender Studies Contract Two
2- Lecturer in Sociology. Institute of Social Work. Sociology & Gender Studies Contract Two
3- Lecturer in Gender Studies. Institute of Social Work, Sociology & Gender Studies Contract Two
4- Lecturer in Urdu, Institute of Urdu & Persian Language & Literature Contract Two
5- Lecturer in Geography. Institute of Urban & Regional Planning Contract Two
6- Lecturer in Geomatics. Institute of Urban & Regional Planning Contract Two
7- Lecturer in Urban & Regional Planning. Institute of Urban & Regional Planning Contract Two
Qualifications;
First Class Master’s Degree (B-Grade) OR Second Class Master’s Degree with M.Phil. OR equivalent degree awarded after 16 years of education in tho relevant field with no 3″ Division in the academic career from an HEC recognized University I Institution.
Provided that the candidate holding higher degrees viz. M.Phil/Ph.D. or equivalent but with only one T division in the entire academic career shall also be eligible.
Provided further that benefit of higher degrees viz M.Phil/Ph.D. or equivalent shall not be allowed to the candidates who are eligible on the basis of higher qualification.
1″ Class B-PharmfPharm-D Degree OR Second Class B-Pharm/Pharm-D degree with M.Phil or equivalent degree awarded after 16 years of education in the relevant field with no 3″ division in the academic career from an HEC / recognized University I Institution.
Provided that the candidate holding higher degrees viz. M.Phil / Ph.D. or equivalent but with only one T division In the entire academic career shall also be eligible.

Note: Candidates’registration with Pharmacy council of Pakistan is mandatory.
Candidates are required to submit their application forms along with photocopies of complete documents duly attested i.e. one recent passport size photograph. National Identity Card (NADRA). Educational Testimonials, Domicile and Experience / Service Certificates etc. with a receipt of National Bank of Pakistan. University Campus Branch or Bank draft (non-refundable) of Rs.600/- in favour of the Treasurer. University of Peshawar. The same should reach the Meetings Section on or before 25* January. 2012.
In-service candidates should apply through proper channel They must submit hls_QbiMdiMjCsiliflcate (5) from their concerned Departments/Institutions along with the application forms.
