Notice for Appointment of Consultant
Sarhad Development Authority / Provincial Privatization Committee (PPC) intends to appoint consultant for conducting valuation of the following hydel power stations:
1. Kalam (2x 100 kw) Swal
2. Ashuran (2×200 kw) Swat
3. Domri (2×50 kw) Shangla
4. Garam Chisma (1 x 100 kw) Chitral
5. Thai I (2×200 kw) Dir
6. Kaghan (200 kw) Mansehra
7. Karora (2x 100 kw) Shangla
8. Keyal (2x 100 kw) Kohistan
9. Duber (3×50 kw) Kohistan
Sealed bids arc invited from the Chartered Accountant Firms for accomplishment of the task as per following scope of work:
(i) Determination of the residual value of the aforementioned Hydel Power Stations individually. The cost of land will be determined with the consultation of Halq3 Patwaris & revenue record etc.
(ii) Preparation of bidding documents for each of the above hydel power stations.
However, one lender notice will be floated for whole assignment i.e. Determination of the residual value of the (09) hydel power stations and preparation of the bidding documents.
