ENGINEERING/PLANT MAINTENANCE DEPARTMENT
Position: Senior Manager
Education: B.E in Mechanical Engineering
Experience: 12/1 ftyears hands on experience of which 5 years as Head of Maintenance Department in a large manufacturing organization.
Brief Job description:
• Capacity to reorganize and manage a team of 60 employees consisting of engineers, technicians and helpers in three shifts.
• To coordinate and facilitate with other departments for speedy diagnosing and repairing break down of mechanical, electrical, electronics and pneumatic machines.
• To manage the team and when needed be available to assist round the clock.
• To institute preventive maintenance system.
Position: Assistant Managers
Education: B.E. in Mechanical/Electrical or Electronic from a recognized University Experience 8 years Hands on experience on repair and maintenance of large production plant.
Brief Job Description:
• Capable of analyzing causes of faults, break downs and diagnosing with hands on experience.
• Competency to plan, organize and control team of technicians, supervisors and assistants in 3 shifts who carry out repair/maintenance for smooth production.
• Plan and perform preventive maintenance of machines.

Position: Senior Manager
Education: MBA, preferably from IBA
Experience: 10 years minimum experience as Supply Chain Manager in a large size organization in a computerized ERP environment.
Brief Job Description
• To control staff members engage in local and imports of raw materials, packing materials and maintenance spares to ensure smooth production and operation of plant with maintenance of minimum inventory levels as per policy of the Company.
• To identify and develop local and foreign vendors to improve quality and competitiveness.
• Liaison with the banks for establishment of letters of credits and contracts and retirement thereof.
• Liaison with the vendors overseas.
• Liaison with the Custom Clearing Agents and to monitor their costs.
• To appear on behalf of the Company before Federal Board of Revenue. Custom Authorities. Engineering Development Board and if required to appear before Sales Tax Authorities for imported items.
• To arrange warehousing of inventory items at four factory locations.
QUALITY CONTROL DEPARTMENT
Position: Assistant Managers
Education: Msc. (Chemistry)
Experience: 7 years minimum experience in Quality Assurance Department of a Engineering. Chemical or Pharmaceutical Organization.
Brief job description
• To control process and quality of product for which analytical skill to understand chemical and mechanical process impact at different stages on quality and performance.
• To coordinate inter department staff, guide enforce quality parameters requirement.
• Capable to operate various quality control testing equipments.
