SITUATION VACANT
Applications arc Invited for the following vacancies at Khyber Girls Medical College, Hayatabad, Peshawar. The candidates must have domicile of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa / adjacent Tribal areas with the following condition.

Professor of Pharmacology ii) Assistant Professor of Biochemistrv • t a) MBBS or equivalent Medical qualification recognized the council; and b) D.Sc/PH.D/FCPS/ MD/ MS / M.Phil (Pak) in the respective basic subject or FCPS/MD/MS in the related clinical subject or equivalent qualification recognized/ registered by the council. OR c) Postgraduate minor diploma in the respective subject recognized/ registered by the council provided that preference shaM be given to original research work, published in standard Medical Journal. Experience: Teaching experience in the case of qualiflcation at (b) Above shall be preferred while three years teaching experience as demonstrator/ lecturer, in the case ol qualification at (c) above before or after post graduation shall be essential.
2 i) Assistant 18 28 to 45 Yrs Qualification a} MBBS or
Professor of General Surgery equivalent Medical qualification recognized the council; and b)FCPS/MD/MS in respective subject or equivalent qualitication in the specialty recognized by the council. Experience; Three years experience in the respective subject in the following order of preference: 1) Teaching experience. ii) Practical experience after post Graduation. iii) Practical experience before post Graduation.
3 i) Senior 18 25 to 45 Yrs Qualification
Registrar Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery ii) Senior Registrar Ophthalmology a) MBBS or equivalent qualification recognized the council: and b) FCPS/MD/MS in respective subject or equivalent qualification in the specialty recognized by the council.
4 i) Demonstrator/ lecturer 17 By transfer from amongst M.Os in BPS-17 for a period of 3 years in only one specialty in the entire service. Preference shall be given to the candidates having at least 2 years service in periphery.
i)- Lecturer Islamiyat 17 21 to 30 Yrs 2nd Class Master Degree in the relvant subject OR equivalent qualification from a recognized University.

t Application accompanied with complete bio-data and attested photocopies of academic/ experience documents must reach the office of the undersigned within two week of the publication of this advertisement, (a) Their services will be governed, under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Medical & Health Institutions and Regulation of Health Care Services Ordinance, 2002, amended in 2006. (b) They will be on probation for a period of at least two year (Extendable), (c) A prescribed application form is available on college website ww w.kgmc.edu.uk. (d) A. demand draft of RS.500/- (Payable in the name of Principal, Khyber Girls Medical College, Peshawar) shall be attached. All candidates are advised to apply on the said prescribed form.
2 The selection of Demonstrator/ Lecturer of the applicant as on temporary basis will be for a perind of 3 years only.
3 Interview calls will be issued to short listed candidates only.
4 Applications must reach this office on or before the last date during office hours.
5 Applications must reach this office ob receipt of acknowledgement of their forms.
6 If the closing date fixed for the receipt of applications forms falls on an official holdey, the next working days shall be considered as the closing date.
7 An application after the closing time and date shall stand rejected.
8 The Selection Committee shall be competent to reject applications which are incomplete However the aggrieved candidates can appeal to the Management Council for review. The dceision of the Management Council thereof shall be final.
9 Duly allestcd/ photastate copies of all the documents will be acceptable on the condition that the candidal would bring the originals as and when they are called for interview.
10 Date of birth shall ordinarily be date of birth endorsed on the matriculation/ equivalent certificate. When an application received from a candidate who claims age concessions under various categories allowed by the government from .time to time, he/ she will be allowed under the rules.
11 Any candidate may be disqualified and/ or excluded from interview if he/ she was:
(a) Convicted by the court of law. (b) Dismissed from public service, (c) Knowingly furnishes any false information, (d) Suppresses any information which may lead to his/ her disqualification, (c) Attempts to obtain support for his/ her (candidature by improper means). (O Submits forged certificates, (g) Tempers with the entries in his / her age and academic certificates, (h) Misbehaves in the interview.
12 Original documents should be produced at the time of interview.
