Desired Qualification
16 years of education with relevant university degree
Minimum S years experience in power generation sector, preferably In
hydropower, with following experience and knowledge base:
I. Development and implementation of environmental and social
policies and practices, li. Implementation of environmental and sodal management plans according to the requirements of the World Bank, IPC, ADB, MIGA and the banks that have adopted equator principles, ill. Development, Implementation and monitoring of land acquisition and resettlement plans.
iv. Conducting EIA and IEE according to the requirements of Pakistan’s laws and World Bank requirements and getting approvals from relevant EPAs.
v. Knowledge of Federal/Provincial environmental laws, regulations and standards, and land acquisition laws and process.

B.Sc/M.Sc degree In the area of Civil Engineering.
Minimum 5 years experience, preferably in hydropower sector, with
following experience and knowledge base:
I. Hydrologlcal analysis for development of hydro power projects.
II. Analysis of sedimentation processes in reservoirs and design of sedimentation chambers/sand-traps.
III. Modelling of sedimentation processes using multidimensional software. Iv. Analysis and design of sedimentation flushing processes.

Hi. Team player and stress resilient
