Program Officer Psychologist for Aangan (Children’s Program)
The candidate should have:
• Masters degree in Psychology.
• Good writing skills in English.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with groups and in the community.
• Sensitivity towards emotional health issues of children.
• Good computer related knowledge and skills.
• Preference will be given to those who have at least 4 years working — experience of counseling.
Program Officer for Rabta Program
The candidate should have
• Masters degree in Social Sciences
• Experience of arranging seminars/workshops and training events
• Good English/Urdu writings and other communication skills
• Command over MS office & Internet usage
• Ability to coordinate with diverse people/stakeholders
• Capability of working independently and in team
• Good knowledge on gender issues and willingness to work in community setting.
• Experience of two to three years in the development sector
• Experience in facilitation/trainings wilt be an added advantage.
Program Coordinator for Zeest (Women’s Program)
. The candidate should have:
• Masters degree in social sciences preferably Psychology, with atleast 4 years of job experience of working on the issue of gender and violence against women.
• Experience of handling budgets and donor liaison.
• Experience of working with government departments would be an added value.
• Experience in conducting training workshops and developing modules.
• Excellent writing skills.
• Excellent interpersonal /communication skills both in Urdu and English.
• Ability to work independently and to grow and lead the team.
• Willingness to work in the community and directly with women and children survivors of violence
