DAR ENGINEERING, a leading design & engineering consultant engaged in design of Transmission Lines. Sjbstalons & Power Plants, requires the following personrel for their design off ices/pro,ects in Saudi Arabia:
1. Substation Engineer- Electrical
Experience in Design 8 Engineering cl i32/220/400kV Substations. Should be capable of preparng substation layouts, battery sizing, AQDC load calculations, earthing calculations etc.
2. Transmission Engineer • Electrical
Hands on experience for the design of 1327220/400kV OHTLs especially Sag & Tension calculations. Tower spotting. Sag Ten-plates. Plan & Profiles. Line parameters calculations etc. ShouH have knowledge of PLS-Cad, SAG 10W or equivalent.
3. Protection Engineer • Electrical
Experience in Design and System Engineering cf 132’22D/400kV Substations’ Control. Protection. Metering CT & PTsizing Monitoring systems. Short circuit calculations and Relay settings.
4. Survey Engineer
Familiar with survey works and feasibi ity studies, general awareness about right of ways (ROWS) in Electrical Power Industry like Substations’overhead transmission lines/Underground cables etc. up to l32kV.
5. Civil/Structural Engineer
Hands on experience in structural analysts, design of industrial and commercial bukfings, equipment foundations & outdoor faciliti03. Working knowledge of STAAD Pro is a mu3t.
6. Electro mechanical Engineer
Design & Engineering o< Auxilaries Systems involved in substations. HVAC & Fire protection systems. Lighting and LV power systom ctc.
All applicants:
1. Should have BE. / B.Sc. in respective fields with minimum 5 yearsof experience.
2. Should have knowledge of Power utility standards & practices and techncal requirements for preparation of scope of work, conceptua drawings and tender documents along with project key milestones.
3. Roviow of contractor’s submittals such as Baso Oosign. Dotailod Dosign Drawings and Calculations, materials specifications. FAT & SAT procedure etc.
